Unconditional Approval

Now you don't know how good it feels to have the bank call you to tell you that you have been granted unconditional approval for a new home!!! YAY

My month long mission to organise buying the Kojonup house is coming to an end, settlement should hopefully be at the end of the month. I am so excited, after all the shit I went through it is all working out.

I know people told me it would work out in the end, but I clearly think I have just gotten lucky this time, as quite offen things dont work out. I am trying not to get to excited till the settlement date and the keys are in my hot little hands :)

It really is a great feeling.
